Lisa Deer

Lisa Deer currently serves as the Homeownership Services Manager for the Salt River Financial Services Institution (formerly a department of Salt River Community Housing Division) in Scottsdale, Arizona. During her six years with the Community, Ms. Deer has implemented various new mortgage programs for Community Members, including a comprehensive pre-homeownership financial education program. Ms. Deer brings over seventeen years of experience in mortgage lending to the Community which has allowed the Housing Division and Salt River Financial Services Institution to offer more options for future Salt River homeowners. She is a certified trainer in Building Native Communities and Pathways curriculum and Consumer Credit Counseling volunteer, as a certified trainer she has provided financial education workshops and credit counseling services for numerous Native Communities and Community Members.

Mikaela Jones

Mikaela Jones serves as the Home Construction Coordinator for SRFSI. She has been an employee of the community for the past eleven years working in the same capacity for the Salt River Community Housing Division. Her role in the community is to help approved clients through the home construction phase. She has enjoyed working with the families and assisting in making their homeownership dreams come true. She has been active in implementing green-building sustainable methods into the options into the "forever homes" of the community.

Tina Wood currently serves as the Senior Mortgage Specialist for the Salt River Financial Services. Ms. Wood has been employed with the Salt River Community Housing Division since 1999 as an Intake Specialist for the Homeownership Program, explaining the land and loan process to interested community members.
