Lisa Deer

Lisa Deer currently serves as the Director of Operations for the Salt River Financial Services Institution (formerly a department of Salt River Community Housing Division) in Scottsdale, Arizona. During her ten years with the Community, Ms. Deer has implemented various loan programs for Community Members, including a comprehensive pre-homeownership financial education program. Ms. Deer brings over seventeen years of experience in mortgage lending to the Community and also oversees all lending and operational functions at Salt River Financial. She is a certified trainer in Building Native Communities and Pathways curriculum, as a certified trainer she has provided financial education workshops and credit counseling services for numerous Native Communities and Community Members. She has a Public Manager Certification through Arizona State University Bob Ramsey Executive Program.

Erika Yoshimura

Erika Yoshimura serves at the Finance Manager for Salt River Financial Services Institution.  She was raised in Arizona and attended both the University of Arizona and Arizona State University where she earned degrees in Art History and Accountancy.  Erika is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
